In order to be fully registered for the Retreat, you must:
1. fill out a registration form
2. pay the $100 deposit by June 1st. Note: Your deposit goes toward your total fee.
3. new participants must an audition recording or video by July 15th. (If you are applying for a partial scholarship, send your audition by June 1st).
Please be sure to fill out a registration form so we get all your details, like what instrument you will be playing, etc.

2025 – Arabic Music Retreat Fees:
The fee for the Retreat is based on your choice of housing. If you are staying on campus, the Retreat fee covers all classes, activities, housing, and meals, starting with dinner on August 9th and ending with lunch on August 16th. For those staying off campus, “commuters”, the fee covers all classes and activities, as well as lunches and dinners beginning with dinner on August 9th and ending with lunch on August 16th. (Note: commuters have breakfast on their own.)
Housing Options:
Willits Hallowell Conference Center – Shared double hotel room (with two queen or double beds) in an air-conditioned hotel room with private bath. $1,556 per person.
Dormitory Single Room – Single room in a non-air-conditioned dormitory. Shared bath. $1,386 per person.
Dormitory Shared Double Room – Shared double room in a non-air-conditioned dormitory. Shared bath. $1,271 per person.
Commuter Rate – Fee covers all classes and events, as well as lunches and dinners (breakfasts are on your own) $1,174 per person.
Room mates: If you are planning to share a room with another participant, please let us know that person’s name as soon as possible. If you don’t have a room mate in mind, we will assign you one.
Do you snore at night? : If you know that you snore at night, please be considerate and reserve a single dorm room. If you disturb your room mate you will be moved to another room and if you are in Willits you will be moved to a single dorm room.
Payment Deadlines:
A $100 deposit is due by June 1, 2025 to reserve your spot. The balance is due by July 15, 2025. The deposit is part of the total fee listed above. No refunds will be given after July 26, 2025 under any circumstances.
