In order to be fully registered for the Retreat, you must:
1. fill out a registration form
2. pay the $100 deposit by June 1st
3. new participants must an audition recording or video by July 15th.
Please be sure to fill out a registration form so we get all your details, like what instrument you will be playing, etc.

2023 – Arabic Music Retreat Fees:
The fee for the Retreat is based on your choice of housing. If you are staying on campus, the Retreat fee covers all classes, activities, housing, and meals, starting with dinner on August 12th and ending with lunch on August 19th. For those staying off campus, “commuters”, the fee covers all classes and activities, as well as lunches and dinners beginning with dinner on August 12th and ending with lunch on August 19th. (Note: commuters have breakfast on their own.)
Housing Options:
Willits Hallowell Conference Center – SOLD OUT – Shared double hotel room (with two queen or double beds) in an air-conditioned hotel room with private bath. $1,369 per person. Note: Willits rooms are now SOLD OUT. If you sign up for sharing a room in Willits you will be put on a waiting list and we will ask you for an alternate choice.
Dormitory Single Room – Single room in a non-air-conditioned dormitory. Shared bath. $1,202
Dormitory Shared Double Room – Shared double room in a non-air-conditioned dormitory. Shared bath. $1,103 per person.
Commuter Rate – Fee covers all classes and events, as well as lunches and dinners (breakfasts are on your own) $997 per person
Payment Deadlines:
A $100 deposit is due by June 1, 2023 to reserve your spot. The balance is due by July 15, 2023. No refunds after July 25, 2023 under any circumstances.
