How to Register

The 2017 Retreat will take place from August 12-19, 2017 at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts.

You can view and download the Retreat registration form in the link below. The form is a PDF document which is ‘fillable’. You can either print out the PDF and fill it out by hand and mail it, or fill it out on-line, and save it to your computer. Then you can mail it or e-mail it to: arabicmusicretreat@gmail.com.

There are a limited number of partial work-study scholarships available. The application Form PDF is here: Scholarship Application.

You can pay your registration fee by check or U.S.$ Money Order (information below), or use your credit card to pay your registration fee using the button below. Note: If you are paying on-line from outside the U.S. we will contact you to cover any additional foreign exchange/transaction fees. If you plan to write a check from Canada, please contact arabicmusicretreat@gmail.com for payment instructions.

Initial Deposit is due by June 1, 2017; Final balance is due by July 15, 2017. No refunds will be given after July 31, 2017 for any reason.  Late registrations subject to availability.
